Turn messy notes into structured output

Not every idea starts on a board. Some thoughts are rough, private, or unfinished. Drafts gives you a quick capture space for random notes, daily ideas, and rough thinking. Search, review, and decide which notes should later be sent to a board.

Workshops, offline events, and group sessions often create useful input from many people. Note Sender gives contributors a simple form where they can submit their name, idea, and destination. The input flows back into the right board or idea pool for you to review and structure.

Sticky notes are useful for capturing ideas quickly, but they are harder to work with once the session is over. illumi lets you select sticky notes and create a structured note from them, so rough board input can become cleaner working material.

Once the useful input has been captured and organised, it still needs to become something usable. illumi helps you turn collected notes, structured notes, and AI-assisted outputs into documents, reports, summaries, plans, proposals, or follow-up material.

The first version is rarely the final version. Edit outputs directly, apply feedback, and shape the work before sharing or exporting it.
