We use your data strictly for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To operate the AI Canvas and enable collaborative features.
Account Management: To verify your identity, process payments, and provide customer support.
Integrity and Security: To prevent account sharing, multiple free-account abuse, and unauthorized access.
Legal Compliance: To comply with Singaporean regulatory requirements.

3. Our "No-Training" Commitment

Unlike many AI services, illumi does not use your User Content (Inputs or Outputs) to train, improve, or refine our machine learning models. Your data is processed in real-time to generate your specific request and is stored only to allow you to access and edit your work.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with:

Collaborators: Users you explicitly invite to your Workspace.
Service Providers: Trusted third parties (e.g., cloud hosting providers, payment processors, or AI model API providers) who are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Legal Authorities: When required by Singapore law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Location: Your data may be stored on secure servers located in Singapore or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
Retention: We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services.
Deletion: If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for legal or audit purposes.
