Bring Your Notes Back to Life: Introducing illumi's New Draft Page

Good notes are the raw material for good AI output. A messy voice memo, a stack of meeting notes, or a quick to-do list, captured well, becomes the context your AI tools need to do useful work later.

Many of you have told us you used to take notes regularly and stopped, often because it felt like one more app to manage and one more decision about where something belongs. Quickly locate your recent notes. We know it’s often much easier to remember when you took a note (like “yesterday” or “Tuesday”) than what you named it.

🖥️ Focus Mode

Sometimes you just need a clean space to write, whether you're conducting an interview, taking lecture notes, or working through a brainstorm. Focus Mode strips away distractions so you can stay in the flow of capturing.

🗂️ Tile View

See all your past notes at a glance. Tile View gives you a visual overview, which helps when a note doesn't have a title or topic (most don't). From here, you can search, edit, preview, or open any draft directly in Focus Mode.

✅ Dedicated Tasks & Images Views

Every task you create inside a draft now lands in one central list, including ones from weeks ago. Every image you capture, whether it's a photo of a whiteboard, a slide, or a handwritten note, lives in its own gallery. Nothing gets buried.

💡 Pro Tip: WhatsApp Integration

Last but not least - You can also connect WhatsApp to illumi and send text, documents, photos, audio, or video straight into your Draft from wherever you are.
