As we rewind and reflect on the past year, we have a profound learning that we’d like to share with all of you: The more AI advances, the more we cherish our human interactions.

This year at illumi, we've changed our product focus so many times (honestly, I've lost count of our pitch deck versions! 😅). But through all the chaos and pivots, one thing kept shining through: the magic that happens when people work together.

Sure, AI is amazing at giving insights and generating content. But it can't recreate that spark when two people brainstorm over coffee. It can't match the energy in a room when a team catches fire with an idea. And it definitely can't build those deep, trusting relationships that make work feel less like work.

Here's what makes me smile: our greatest asset isn't some fancy tech stack or AI model. It's in our team work, our casual chats, our shared laughs and "aha!" moments. It's in all those times when someone builds on your half-formed idea and turns it into something amazing.

As we head into 2025, I'm actually more excited about it than ever - because it's showing us just how special human connections are. The future isn't about AI vs humans. It's about AI helping us be even more... well, human!
